It belongs to the tenement house on Pańska street in Warsaw ( http://goo.gl/maps/yhAF ), built around 1910. Still partly inhabited.

I think this is a great photo from mothergrogan.
I think it is a great photo too. This scene reminds me of the siege of Warsaw during the war. I wonder if Irene Sendler passed through these same doors? There is a real sense of history here.
